About UP Second Wave

The Upper Peninsula Second Wave tells the story of the new economy in Michigan's Upper Peninsula -- a narrative of creative people and businesses, new development, cool places to live, and the best places to work and play.

Each Wednesday, the online newspaper presents original stories, video and photography to tell that story. Get Upper Peninsula Second Wave free in your e-mailbox each week. Sign up here.
