Great Lakes Radio, Inc. in Marquette is searching for a marketing executive. The position is full-time and has an application deadline of June 30. Great Lakes Radio needs a media marketing professional with experience in radio, print, television or other media, and other sales experience in the community. The job has increasing volume commissions, promotion commissions, new business bonuses and collection bonuses, as well as allotments for a laptop, travel stipends and even the possibility of part-time or full-time assistants as needed to best serve clients.
Qualifications:
- Comfort and confidence establishing community connections
- Ability to maintain business relationships
- Ability to complete reports, forms and details according to policy
- Produce timely, professional and creative results for clients
- Experience in creative script writing preferred
- Proficiency with computer skills like e-mail, fax, Microsoft Office, industry-specific software
- Ability to learn internal intranet and other web-related tools
- Ability to understand client markets, listen and communicate with clients, and apply learning to needs of clients
- Ability to learn new skills in growing multimedia programming, marketing and community services
- Excellent communication skills, marketing skills and presentation skills
- Drive to succeed, self-motivation and goal-setting ability
- Good driving record and reliable car
