A new hardwood flooring store is now open in Kingsford. It's owned by partners Don Summers of Summers Lumber and Larry Neargarth of Neargarth Services.
It's called
Kingsford Hardwood Flooring Center and is located at 1133 South Carpenter Avenue.
Among the store's offerings are a large selection of both prefinished and unfinished hardwood flooring, featuring Indiana Hardwood Flooring Specialists flooring and Aacer brand flooring made in Wisconsin. Walnut, red and white oak, ash, birch, maple, and hickory of various widths all are in stock and special orders also can be made.
Kingsford Hardwood Flooring Center also offers rental floor finishing equipment for those who prefer to do it themselves. Customers are welcome to drop in or set up an appointment.
