The Southwoods Apartments are officially open following a ribbon cutting recently at the Marquette residences. This, of course, is not news for anyone who has been following the availability of apartments in the city as they have been accepting tenants for about six months.
But, a ribbon cutting is a ribbon cutting, and the apartments are officially open. And with it? Some nice amenities, such as two bedrooms and one and a half bath in each and every unit. There are even elevators in the buildings and--most welcome in this past winter weather--heating that is built right into the floor. No cold toes when you get up in the morning!
Southwoods Apartments are far from the only properties owned by
Schramm Superior Properties, which has several complexes throughout Marquette.
